My Parents & Niece Visit!

First... the art show :)
Valerie has now experienced finger painting... and she loves it!
She made this special one for her Daddy & his beloved Texas Rangers - who are now in the World Series! COME ON, TEXAS!!
Okay - now for the REAL post. :)
My mom, dad and niece Lexi, came up to visit last weekend!
Here's Lexi, holding her newest cousin for the first time!
And here she is getting ready to slide with her OTHER cousin...
We had fun at the park their first day here. :)
Gramma gave Kate her first bottle... Kate isn't too into bottles yet. Hopefully she'll like them more in the next month or two so that Micah and I can have a date with no kiddos! :)
On Saturday we went to the Pumpkin Patch!
After picking out some fabulous pumpkins, we went to the carnival area. Gramma rode the tractor-train with Lexi & Valerie.
Afterwards, while Micah and Valerie played in the corn kernels...
... Lexi got her face painted with a black cat!
The she and Gramma raced in the giant hamster wheels...
And somehow we convinced Grandpa to do it with her too!
Lexi caught her first fish...
but everyone was a bit squeamish about it, so we let it go...

Micah is the pumpkin carving man... more pictures of the pumpkins to come. :)
Lexi loved cuddling Kate!
Thanks for coming to visit! We LOVE you!

That is awesome Beck. I love the hamster wheel idea and the corn kernel play pit. We used stencils on our pumpkins this year for the first time....I'll try to get pics up soon too.
Love you guys and glad you had a fun weekend.
