Better late than never: London

It has been several weeks since we were in London...almost feels like a lifetime ago because we kicked into high-holiday gear (not to mention, got a dog) as soon as we got home to Bothell.  However, Greenwich still feels like a second home to Micah and me.  Though our accommodations were less than appealing, we enjoyed every minute of exploring the city we used to call home... we played in Greenwich park, showed the girls Big Ben, rode the London eye, visited with friends, showed the girls our old apartment building and the school where I used to teach, and even took Valerie to the cafe (Patisserie Valerie) where we first celebrated finding out that we were pregnant.  What a journey, what an amazing adventure!
