A snip-it of the "Girls Weekend"

Last weekend, I left Valerie with Micah (they had a wonderful bonding-time together!) and drove down to Portland with my friend Laura... there we met up with our friend Eva and her 9-week old little girl, Bette!
Isn't she a sweetie?Time flew by as we talked the night away, sipped Starbucks, browsed the Saturday Market, Powell's books, and the Rose Garden...
Our shadows... a fleeting moment as we enjoyed our sweet time together!And a few goofy photos through the fish-eye lens! Thanks for a wonderful weekend, Girls!

Such a wonderful time, wasn't it?? I thoroughly enjoyed our weekend. I think that was the first time we have gotten together without our toddlers! It was so nice to have uninterrupted conversations :)
