A few updates!

Now that we have a backyard, we can lounge around in it!
Well, some of "us" can... namely, Valerie & Samson! But while Becky was trimming up some low tree branches, Micah started with this... a brand new lawnmower in the box...... to this! A real working machine, that cut our grass and made the place look fantastic. Way to go, Micah! Also, this week, Valerie turned 6 months old!! Wow!She still loves to giggle, but can put that serious face on when necessary. :) At her 6-month check up, she weighed in at 14 pounds and half an ounce (25%) and measured 28 inches long (97+%). Dr. Ginsberg said that Valerie is the height of an average 1 year old and if she keeps up this growth percentage, she'll easily reach 5'10"!To aid her growth spurts, I've been making some baby food for her! Thanks to Grandma Pilgrim for this hand-me-down! The old Cuisinart food processor has done its job well!Tonight I made zucchini, cauliflower and green bean puree for Valerie. Yum, yum!
