She got to see the Christensen family who have just moved back to the Seattle area. Hurray! We went down to the Kirkland waterfront area together one afternoon...
They also came over for dinner, so Valerie, Micah and Anders had a blast playing together!
Miss Social also visited with our friend Laura! She enjoyed "talking" to Laura and was very intent on memorizing her face!
The final adventure was a trip to the Kitsap Peninsula where Daddy had to "work," which involved playing a round of golf with a client at Trophy Lake Golf Course!
While he played his round, Samson, Valerie and I explored two different places: First was an off-leash dog park called Howe Farm, not far from the golf course. .JPG)
Samson loved running in the grass and on the trails through the trees!
Then we drove about 30 minutes away to a place called Poulsbo. It is nicknamed "Little Norway" because of the Norwegian influence on the town. It is right along the Sound, has a great port with a small park near the water, and of course, some very lovely shops! Both Valerie AND Samson got lots of attention from passersby while we walked the little town.
We'll finish up with a few recent photos of our growing girl:
