The Hill Girls Visit!

My Mom, sister & niece came up for a visit last week! For Val & my birthdays, my Mom & Dad purchased the paint and my mom helped me put it up in the master bedroom and in Valerie's room. Day 1, painted the master blue! Day 2, painted Val's room green (sorry, no pic). Day 3, painted the nightstands brown. Kim & Lexi helped us by watching Valerie while Mom & I painted... of course, they took a dip in the hot tub too. :)

Day 4, with the painting complete, we went into Seattle to the Space Needle!!!

Valerie was so excited to go up the elevator...We made it to the top! There was so much to see and the day was a perfect one for it. Sunny, but a bit fresh. We enjoyed walking the 360 degree circle around the top of the needle, then browsed the gift shop for a while so that Lexi could pick out her treasured souvenirs! That evening we had some fun in the backyard playing soccer with Samson and Micah!

On their last morning here, we walked to a local park to play for a while... another gorgeous day and lots of fun too!Thanks for coming and thank you for the wonderful gift of 2 painted rooms AND a trip up the Space Needle! We love you!
