It's the most wonderful time of the year!

We've decorated for Christmas! Here is our front living room, all decked out... During Thanksgiving we rummaged through Micah's parent's Christmas decorations and found some of his grandmother's old things... we've refurbished and renewed them for OUR tree this year! In the photo below, Micah is putting Grandma Pilgrim's old silver tree topper on, crowning the glory!

These are some of my favorites... Can you see my reflection in the shining ball below? :)This gold tasseled ornament (we have 5 of them in different colors) comes from Windsor Castle in England. It was so fun to open them up and hang them on our tree! We love having history and stories behind Christmas decorations. Of course, there are some things new and new is wonderful too - we are thankful for them all... and to have a house to put them up in!
